Blue Headband Evaluation Outline

Time Limit: 3 minutes and 30 seconds

Total Possible Points: 21

Headband Criteria:

Blue Headband: Achieve at least 18 points within the time limit.

Obstacles and Points:

1. Gears – Ring goes on Door Knob and Stays in Place (1st Point) Touch Cliff Hanger (2nd Point) (If they only touch cliff hanger and do not grab it, they cannot do the Cliff Hanger and must move on to the Balancing Pegs.)

2. Cliff Hanger – Touch Trapeze Bar (1st Point) Land on Quad Step (2nd Point)

3. Balancing Pegs – Must Start at Yellow Heart.  Reach halfway (1st Point) Touch Dice Before Falling (2nd Point)

4. Teeter Totter – Complete (1 Point)

5. The Floor is Lava – Full Throttle (1st Point) Land on Box (2nd Point)

6. Rolling, Rolling, Rolling – Touch Burning Rubber (1st Point) Land on Red Stool (2nd Point)

7. 1 Talon – Reach Red Tape (1st Point) Land on Quad Step (2nd Point)

8. Swing Lane – Complete (1 Point) 

9. Spin Grip / Ninja Smash – Touch Ninja Door Ram Cliffhanger (1st Point) Land on Platform (2nd Point)  (Cannot Kick Door Open.  Must Use Door Ram.)

10. Tik Tok to Swing and Spin – Touch Saucer (1st Point) Land on Box (2nd Point)

11. Maze Peg Board – Complete (1 Point)

12. Long Distance Slack Line – Touch Bar (1st Point) Land on Box (2nd Point)
